  3. The next step is to add baking powder to the mixture, and then gradually begin to pour sifted flour into the butter-sour cream mixture, stirring well to avoid lumps.
  4. The result should be an almost crumbly dough, which we roll into several balls or into a thick sausage. This shape is needed so that a little later we can easily grate the dough. Having formed figures from the dough that are convenient for rubbing, we put it in the refrigerator for an hour, or in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. For now, let's rest and look at the recipe.

Now take the boiled condensed milk with butter and mix it with the baked dough crumbs. Mix very well and form into cakes. The shape can be any, the simplest is a ball. But since the name is “Anthill,” then let’s give the mass the appropriate shape.

Take tall glasses, moisten them with water, and using a tablespoon, carefully fill them with dough with condensed milk, and then just as carefully, turning the glass over, place the cake on a cutting board.
After which the dessert will only have to sit in the refrigerator. Minimum 2 hours and better yet that's all 24 hours. If desired, decorate the cakes with chocolate or wafer crumbs, powdered sugar or roasted crushed nuts.

Anthill cake is served chilled as a dessert. Excellent for both family tea and noisy celebrations, especially for children, although adults are not at all averse to enjoying it, despite all their newfangled diets.

To boil condensed milk, line a saucepan with a kitchen towel, without opening the can, place it on the towel and fill with water. Place everything on the stove and simmer over low heat for at least 2 hours. After cooking, let cool and be careful when opening.
