Raisins can be replaced with other berries, dried fruits, nuts.

Preparation: Pre-rinse and pour the raisins with hot water, leave for half an hour. Then recline on a sieve, drain water. The oven should be turned on to heat up to 300-350 degrees. Oat flakes are combined with flour, soda and cinnamon. Mix the mashed apple, vanilla sugar and egg white. Dry ingredients gradually pour into apple sauce with sugar and protein, mix until smooth, add raisins. For 15-20 minutes, remove the dough into the refrigerator to make it less sticky.

This is the most popular pastry from oatmeal flour known to us since childhood. But we will try to cook it the way it is done in Scotland. We mix a glass of oatmeal with half a teaspoon of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Oil slightly soften, but it should not become liquid. We knead it with flour, so that the mixture turns into coarse crumbs. Oils can leave about six spoonfuls. Pour approximately the same amount boiled water.   We knead until the dough stops sticking to the palms. Sprinkle the working surface with oatmeal. In the mixer, whisk a little more than half a glass orange juice,   two teaspoons of grated peel and seventy milliliters of vegetable oil. We rub finely two medium carrots. Add them to the juice, once again whisk. We connect the dry and liquid mixtures. If the dough turns out too steep, add juice or water. In the end, add two hundred grams of fresh cranberries (or other sour berries). Oven heat up to one hundred and eighty degrees Celsius. Lubricate the molds for muffins with butter. Fill them with a test. We bake cupcakes for about forty minutes.

There are two varieties of oat flour: common oatmeal and oatmeal.

These products are different in the manner of preparation and useful properties.

Usual oat flour is produced in the same way as the wheat we are accustomed to.

Flour from oats contains the entire list of essential amino acids, vitamins A, B and E, as well as enzymes, tyrosine, choline, copper. Ingredients:

    200 g of oatmeal

    300 ml of milk (normal or vegetable)
