Living righteously (spiritual health)

somewhere, forced to do something to extinguish these fires, so that people would not huddle up to the burning ruins, so that the sky, our eternal sky, would not be thrown up by explosions and burned with hellfire.

Here is the text: In the last autumn of the war, I stood guard near the cannons in a small, broken Polish town. This was the first

The foreign city that I have seen in my life. It was no different from our destroyed cities. Foliage, paper, and soot swirled between the disfigured houses along the streets heaped with crowns. The dome of the fire stood gloomily over the city. An artillery or mortar raid fell on the burning ruins every now and then, and planes nudged at the height. In the afternoon we occupied the city, and by the evening from somewhere, as if out of the ground, people began to appear with bundles, with suitcases, with carts, more often with children in their arms. They were crying at the ruins, pulling something out of the conflagration. The night sheltered homeless people with their grief and suffering. And only the fires could not be covered. Suddenly, in the house across the street from me, the sounds of an organ sounded. Half of this house fell off during the bombing, revealing the walls with dry-cheeked saints and Madonnas painted on them, looking through the soot with blue sorrowful eyes. I sat on the gun carriage with a carbine clamped in my knees and shook my head, listening to the organ, lonely in the middle of the war. Once upon a time, after listening to the violin, I wanted to die of incomprehensible sadness and delight. He was stupid. Small was. Then I saw so many deaths that there was no more hateful, damned word for me than "death." And therefore, it must be, the music that I heard as a child broke in me, turned to stone, and those of its ups to the sky, to the star, from which I once cried, dissolved in my heart and became itself, and the fact that frightened in childhood, it was not at all scary. Yes, the music is the same, and I seem to be the same, and my throat squeezed, squeezed, but there are no tears, no childish delight and pure, childish pity, from which love for the native land, for my loved ones was born. The music unfolded the soul, like the fire of war unfolded at home, exposing either the saints on the wall, or the bed, or the rocking chair. Everything, everything was bared, all of its clothes were torn off, everything was turned inside out dirty, and that is why, apparently, the old music did not cry, but as if it turned its other side to me, sounding an ancient battle cry, calling somewhere, forcing something to do so that these fires subside, so that people do not huddle up to the burning ruins, so that they go under the roof to their home, to their relatives and loved ones, so that the sky, our eternal sky, does not throw up explosions and does not burn with hellfire.

writing. And, of course, observing it. (You can not write in the format of a letter, but simply the disclosed topic of how you spent your summer (summer cottage).

To the question What is "righteous" life / in the development of the topic /? given by the author Laura the best answer is At confession: - Holy Father, it seems to me that I lead a righteous life: I don't drink, I don't walk, I don't look at women, I go to bed every evening at ten o'clock and every Sunday I go to Mass. - I'm afraid, my son, that all this will change as soon as you get out of prison ...
Righteous life, to whom it is available,
When ignorance and darkness are all around.
And human thought is even criminal
On the streets robbery and round dances of fights.
A righteous life where the time has gone
When we loved our neighbor, we helped in difficult times.
But a cruel life uprooted this seed
And you can't find it anywhere now.
A righteous life is now the lot of retirees,
They are hardened by the fire of repression and war.
They are indifferent to the life of calculating functionaries
And I always stand up for them like a mountain.

And who lives by righteous laws? Only one of them, "you shall not commit adultery," who keeps? Priests? Do they know what it is? Adultery is common sex! Unusual sex is psychoenergetic yoga.

Answer from Inna Zalevskaya[active]
There is no righteous person on earth who does good and does not sin;
(Ecclesiastes 7:20)
And if the righteous is barely saved, where will the wicked and sinful appear?
(1 Peter 4:18)
And that no one is justified by the law before God, it is clear, because the righteous will live by faith.
(Galatians 3:11)
for the end of the law is Christ, to the righteousness of every believer.
(Romans 10: 4)
From Him you also are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption,
(1 Corinthians 1:30)
For he made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
(2 Corinthians 5:21)
and to be found in Him, not with your own righteousness, which is of the law, but with that which is through faith in Christ, with the righteousness of God by faith;
(Philippians 3: 9)
it reveals the truth of God from faith to faith, as it is written: the righteous will live by faith.
(Romans 1:17)
For what does the Scripture say? Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness.
(Romans 4: 3)
Likewise, David calls the man blessed to whom God imputes righteousness regardless of works:
(Romans 4: 6)
For as by the disobedience of one man many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one man many will be made righteous.
(Romans 5:19)
Having been freed from sin, you have become slaves to righteousness.
(Romans 6:18)
Put on therefore, as the elect of God, saints and beloved, in mercy, goodness, humility of mind, meekness, longsuffering,
(Colossians 3:12)
I speak according to human reasoning, for the sake of the weakness of your flesh. Just as you delivered your members as slaves to uncleanness and lawlessness for wicked deeds, so now present your members as slaves to righteousness for holy works.
(Romans 6:19)
For when you were slaves to sin, then you were free from righteousness.
(Romans 6:20)
And if Christ is in you, then the body is dead to sin, but the spirit is alive to righteousness.
(Romans 8:10)
and do not present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness, but present yourself to God as alive from the dead, and your members to God as instruments of righteousness.
(Romans 6:13)
and put on the new man, created according to God, in the righteousness and holiness of truth.
(Ephesians 4:24)
For, I say to you, if your righteousness does not surpass the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, then you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.
(Matthew 5:20)
then the righteous will shine like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Whoever has ears to hear, let him hear!
(Matthew 13:43)
And these will go into eternal torment, but the righteous into eternal life.
(Matthew 25:46)

THE BIBLE OF Righteousness

All along, I believed that living in the truth means living a righteous life. What is a righteous life?
For many years I usually felt bad about telling a lie or exaggerating something. This is typical of my enneagram # 7.
After awakening in 2000, I saw clearly that living in the truth has nothing to do with being righteous. It's just a vision of Oneness, that's all.
Ultimately, the Oneness does everything and works through us. How I behave is irrelevant to the truth. This has also been explained in A Course in Miracles. If I see myself as a Unity acting through me, what else is needed?
In my life, I have met many so-called righteous people who harbored resentment and evil thoughts. Everyone witnessed what people who think they are righteous can do when they flew the planes to the World Trade Center.
These people believed they were doing righteous things, and as a result, they should have gone to heaven for killing Americans. During World War II, the Nazis believed that God was on their side.
Being righteous has nothing to do with TRUTH! Many religious people consider themselves righteous because they do godly deeds, go to church on Sundays, and at the same time they harbor thoughts and belief in separation.
A righteous life is a conditioned idea of how things should be. This has nothing to do with LOVE, which is TRUE and indivisibility.

Being righteous is a facade, a show, a belief that being righteous we will be spiritual. Our true nature has nothing to do with how we behave, it only has to do with FEELING LOVE AND JOY IN THE HEART. If you feel joy and love, then it is they that are expressed in your actions, even if your behavior is not ideal.

I remember the times when Rajneesh (known as Osho) was considered a villain and the righteous people from Oregon (where his city of Rajneeshpuram was located) tried to kill him (in the end they succeeded, Osho was poisoned).
Once, while walking in Oregon near Rajneeshpuram, I heard people say that Osho was a devil and should be destroyed.
Sitting with Osho in his little room, I knew that I was next to a really great consciousness. It is true that his words and deeds were often shocking, but his stay was truly holy.

I'm confused. If I wake up, will it mean that I will be good and lead a righteous life?
All of our manifestations as a person are a reflection of the yearning for love, which is completely outside the concept of what is good and bad, right or wrong. The idea of good and bad is simply a reflection of the true nature of things. The true nature of Oneness is Unconditional Love. This is unbreakable love without any other meaning. Our ideas of good and bad are very weak reflections of this love.

Should children be taught to be good and well-mannered?
Have you ever seen children growing up healthy at a time when they were forced to be good? They become frustrated, feel guilty, unable to fully be themselves.
The best way parenting is about loving them with unconditional love and letting them learn at their own pace. All the guidance they need is not how to behave, but care and love. Once they have the freedom to be themselves, then LOVE will take over and lead them to where they need to be.

You are Being playing the role of man
No past - no future - only THIS !!

I watched one of your YouTube videos in which you emphasized that there is only this Moment. It stuck in me. Later, I went to the grocery store, and there was a feeling that there was only THIS. It was a very calm and relaxing feeling. Please comment.
This is a glimpse of the truth. Reading this book, where it is repeated over and over again that you are a BEING playing the role of a person, the truth penetrates into you, and your intuitive heart begins to remember its true nature. This remembrance, however short it may be, is a glimpse of an awakening heart.
When there is only this, which is the present moment without the next, then serenity rises. There is only THIS!
Usually, our mind tries to do something, and it becomes a hindrance to just SEE that there is only THIS! THIS is divinity, THIS is Unity, THIS is VISION without "I", THIS is the scent of freedom, the serenity of BEING.

The thought came to me that the search for truth is like having sex in an attempt to find pure love, and this activity becomes denial. pure love!
The search for truth is its negation, like the search for Oneness while all that is is Oneness. Search blocks us from seeing the obvious. Truth is revealed when the "I" is absent. There is no one, everything is seen as free flowing and is accepted as it is, without condemnation. Accepted by anyone, automatically, without someone making the acceptance. There is no point in being the individual in which everything happens.
In the absence of the judge, everything flows and arises in love. Everything is love. There is no attempt to change or improve anything. It's just what IS!

In one of your old videos, you talked about the Beloved. Is it a vision of the Beloved to fully accept that everything is as it is?
Yes, because love is all that is and that always works - Unity. It is the Beloved who acts through you. IN BEING, playing the role of a person, there is no "me" interfering or making a choice.
All decisions come from the BEING that you already are. You are a BEING playing the role of a person. Relax, because whatever happens is what's going to happen. You do not interfere, realizing that there is no "me" to interfere.
Awakening is the vision of the seeker. And in this vision, the seeker ceases to exist, because you know that there is nothing to seek.

Life on Earth, as it is, has a huge impact on the formation of the body and mind. Therefore, you should strive to simplify your life and learn to live by the Truth. It is from righteous life everything else depends, including the search for the true “I” and God. The importance of living righteously cannot be overstated. Correctly say:

Truth is above all. But even higher is to live according to the Truth.

A simple life and lofty thoughts have always been the ideal to which our ancestors constantly aspired. We, in our modern age, we rarely think about it, although we say and depict the opposite. Although it seems to us that it is impossible to live by such lofty principles, we should nevertheless pay attention to the importance of such a life and look for ways and methods to achieve this goal. Whatever we do, we always set a goal for ourselves, define the basic principles of our actions, study ways to achieve the desired goal and periodically check how far we have progressed. To do this, it is absolutely necessary to direct all your attention in this direction and work honestly from day to day. Only in this case there will be noticeable changes in behavior and lifestyle, and the attitude towards oneself and others will change.

What does human life consist of? anyone can ask. Elderly people with extensive life experience, tired of what they have seen and experienced, naturally turn to introspection. Does life really consist only of eating, drinking, sleeping, having children; out of fear, anguish and struggle; from trying to snatch a tidbit, hoarding and hatred? Is it about sending to prisons or subjugating those who are weaker physically or mentally, or maybe about killing some and robbing others? Is it worth spending days in enjoying the unjustly acquired worldly riches only to finally die a miserable death, pitying yourself and your loved ones, helplessly standing around and mourning you? And our attachment to such mundane things as land, houses, money? And what about our beloved pets and many other things that we consider ours, but will be forced to leave here against our will? Taking into account all of the above, does it make sense to consider the achievement of worldly riches as your only goal, or is it worth striving for something more noble and higher, for something that exists forever and will remain with us forever? The answer is simple: the main goal to which one should strive should be the Almighty Power, the Primary Source of all life, happiness and eternal peace, which gives us a means of liberation from the terrible bondage of birth, death and Karmas.

The highest goal that we are talking about cannot be achieved by requests and wishes. For this, it is necessary to seek and find someone who can really help us in this, who himself has cognized the Kingdom of God and can help us to do the same. As light comes from light, so life comes from life. The Teacher will constantly remind us of the long-forgotten Home, of the Garden of Eden, which is lost to us now, He will point out our shortcomings and mistakes in Everyday life and will help to finally go to really active life full of true purity, having parted with the superficial and meaningless existence that we are now leading. The world is a house full of soot and smoke, it is impossible not to plant stains on oneself, even being on the alert and making every effort to avoid it. Many greasy, deeply penetrated stains, which cannot be counted, are quite characteristic of our entire way of life, they cannot be washed off without assistance. The character of each person encourages him to play his role on the stage of life and to participate in meaningless actions that lead nowhere. This will continue until the guiding hand of this Soul appears, capable of guiding our ship through reefs and shoals. This Divine Helper is the True Saint. You can call him Guru (carrying a torch), Teacher Satguru (that is, the Holy One, the Divine person who is in union with the Truth) Murshid-e-Kamil (perfect Teacher), Khadi (leader), brother, friend, elder or any other name, which you like.

Further analysis leads us to the conclusion that human life depends mainly on two things: on Ahara, that is, nutrition, and on Vihara, that is, on his relationship with other people and other living beings. This includes the whole life of a person. In either case, a person acts either according to tradition or on the basis of limited information that he has gleaned from books or conversations with other people. All of the above forms the basis, relying on which a person creates his own principles of culture and civilization, firmly rooted in him and mastering his mind and intellect.

There is hardly any practical course that a person can systematically follow in his physical, intellectual and spiritual life. To avoid meaningless actions, it is necessary to deeply study and analyze its constituent parts. A deep analysis of the subject being studied is necessary in order to correctly build your life on the physical, mental and spiritual levels.

The Orthodox Church calls one of the categories of saints righteous or righteous. It includes, for example, Joachim and Anna, and of the Russian saints - John of Kronstadt. These people did not suffer and did not die for their faith, did not preach the Christian doctrine among pagan peoples, did not withdraw from the world for the sake of monastic service. They lived in the world, as millions of people live, many of them even had families. Nevertheless, they are considered saints, because in the world, among ordinary people and in everyday life they led such a life that God requires of a person. The example of such saints clearly shows that this is possible.

Of course, holiness is an ideal that few people can achieve. But it is possible and necessary to strive for such an ideal.

Man through the eyes of God

In psychology, there is a concept - a reference person. So a person who is significant for a given person. The person is guided by him in his actions. It so happens that all the achievements that a person is so proud of suddenly fade in his eyes if, for example, their father does not approve of them. And not necessarily such disapproval should be expressed aloud, it is enough to think: "Father would not approve of this." We can say that a person "checks himself" by reference persons.

For the main reference person should be God. It was with this that the path to a righteous life began, even for those who today are revered as saints. For example, St. Ephraim the Sirin was a hot-tempered man who often started quarrels, committed frivolous acts, and eventually he was falsely accused of theft. And then he heard in a dream: "Return to your place and repent of unrighteousness, making sure that there is an Eye overseeing everything." Seeing his old life through the eyes of God, this person could no longer live in the old way.

Spiritual Foundations of a Righteous Life

Considering his life from the point of view of God, a person must remember the main commandments given by Him. There are only two such commandments, and all the others only clarify and concretize their content. Both commandments are given in the Gospel of Matthew: "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind" and "Love your neighbor as yourself."

For all their outward simplicity, both requirements are very ambiguous. To love God - and to love and cherish the world that He created, and to see His creation and image in every person, even in the most vicious. Loving your neighbor is not only taking care of someone, doing good deeds, it also means condescending to other people's shortcomings and mistakes, as people usually treat their own.

Another quality that distinguishes a true righteous person is self-criticism. It is worth paying attention to how they said about themselves in prayers: "I am a sinner," "I am cursed," etc. These people saw their vices, which means they made efforts to get rid of them.

We can say that living righteously means living in such a way that those who are around feel like they are in paradise. It is not easy, but, as the saints show, it is possible.
