Yesterday, August 17, the head of the Yunginsky rural settlement of the Morgaushsky district of Chuvashia, Valery Fomin, better known among the villagers as “Skvoznyak,” was caught by the district traffic police officers drunk at the wheel. Poachers feel at ease in Morgaushi

The editors of “Bribe” came across a video filmed on May 25, at night, after 2 am at the dam of the village of Nizhnie Pankley, Morgaushsky district of Chuvashia, where poachers catch fish during spawning. The legal ban on fishing during spawning runs from April 30 to July 10.

The characters in the video are local residents of the village of N. Pankley. Among the poachers was pensioner Ivan Semenov, a former employee of the Federal Penitentiary Service. Now Semenov works at the Morgaushskaya hunting farm in MOXUR LLC as a production hunting inspector. In the video he is wearing a raincoat. Semenov, knowing that a ban had been imposed on fishing during the spawning period, himself turned out to be a poacher in a group of people carrying out poaching fish.

In case of poaching, a call was made to the Morgaushsky district police. The police detained two people at the crime scene, fishing gear, a boat, and fish. The remaining two (the officials managed to escape). The police also had this video, which we present for public viewing. The trial took place a month ago and two of those caught were each awarded a fine of 20 thousand rubles. The court decided to destroy the boat, which is still in police custody, but the poachers want to take the boat back by any means.

For some reason, industrial hunting inspector Semenov and the fourth poacher escaped punishment. Let us add that those who escaped punishment refused to help pay the fines to their counterfeiters, and they are now at odds with each other.

According to my information, the prosecutor of the Morgaushsky district, Pavlov S., intervened in the investigative process, who is on good terms with the supervising hunting inspector for the Morgaushsky district, Ksenofontov S.S. And poacher-hunting inspector Ivan Semenov is a protege of S.S. Ksenofontov. It’s a pity that the district police are unable to resist the prosecutor’s decision.

By the way, local residents complain about the unlimited poaching of fish, but the executive power does not respond to these complaints at all. And why is the fisheries inspectorate inactive in Chuvashia?

Unscrupulous milkman

In early August, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Chuvashia, based on the results of inspections on the dairy market, issued a warning to three processors - “Vurnary plant SOM”, “Akkondmoloko” and “Yadrinmoloko” - who used powdered milk instead of raw milk in the production of dairy products, in violation of GOST standards.

The editors of Vzyatka had suspicions about JSC Yadrinmoloko for a long time, but there was no possibility of checking (examination) of the plant’s dairy products. The Sursk milkmen are not only poisoning their own people, but also have their sights set on the whole of Russia.

The information and news portal of Belarus “Belnovosti” caught JSC “Yadrinmoloko” in mimicry. And this is already an article. It turns out that Yadrinsky dairy producers decided to use the reputation of Belarusian milk to promote their brew. Facebook user Igor Danilov spoke about this on August 9. The man was in Moscow, decided to drink Belarusian kefir and purchased a product from the Belarusian Traditions brand. However, he didn't like the taste. Turning the bottle over, the Belarusian learned that he had treated himself to Chuvash-made kefir. “No Rospotrebnadzor can do anything about this love for Belarusian! And JSC Yadrinmoloko is inextricably linked with State Duma deputy Nikolai Malov. Nikolai Malov served as the general director of this plant until 2009, after which he resigned as the head of the enterprise in connection with the transition to the position of chairman of the committee on economic policy, agro-industrial complex and ecology of the State Council of the Chuvash Republic. He was the owner of 100% of the shares of Yadrinmoloko OJSC until December 7, 2012, after which the shares were re-registered to his son Roman Malov. Currently, the shareholder is JSC New Registrar, which maintains registers of joint stock companies.

Deputy of the State Council of the Chuvash Republic Igor Molyakov has repeatedly accused the plant’s management of organizing unauthorized landfills in the vicinity of the plant. Note that Nikolai Malov has been the chairman of the board of the non-profit organization “Chuvash Dairy Union” since June 2009. It is generally unclear what this organization does. This news has only now reached the Ombudsman for Children’s Rights under the President of the Russian Federation, Anna Kuznetsova, who turned to the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, with a request to send to the central office of the department a case about the rape of a teenage girl that occurred last year in a children’s camp in Chuvashia.

But the Commissioner for Children's Rights in the Chuvash Republic - a relative of the head of Chuvashia M. Ignatiev - Elena Saparkina is silent. Although she is well aware of what happened and knows everything perfectly well. What is she doing now? It's of no use. We believe that Ignatiev’s team worked well with the investigative committee of Chuvashia during Migushov’s rule. Therefore, Saparkina will not do anything without Ignatiev’s command. And the entire government of Chuvashia is corrupt and consists of Ignatiev’s relatives-friends-close associates-godfathers.

The Investigative Committee of Chuvashia, represented by the senior assistant to the head of the investigative department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Chuvash Republic, Oleg Dmitriev, in the Radio Russia program “Raznoe Vremya” deceived the whole of Russia, reporting that the criminal case was opened at first and has not stopped to this day. In fact, the investigative committee, without initiating a criminal case, hid the inspection material in its department. Only now are they reporting on the appointment of some examinations that should have been carried out first. The criminal case was opened by the leader A. Poltinin only after our publication on July 2.

Alexander Poltinin, appointed on February 9 this year by order of Russian President V.V. Putin, the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for Chuvashia, is currently in such a stupid position. The rape happened last year during the reign of Migushov and his relative was involved in the crime. Poltitnin only has to disperse all his deputies who participated in the cover-up of this case and take on the corrupt “team” of Ignatyev’s khamaryals.
