During installation, it is necessary to clean the smooth ends of the pipes and sockets with rubber rings well from dirt (sand, dirt, dust)

At the smooth end of the pipe, it is necessary to make a mounting mark so that the pipe does not reach the stop in the socket by 10 mm.

The smooth ends of the pipes and the rubber rings in the sockets must be lubricated with a soapy solution or a special lubricant for the installation of polymer pipes. In case of installation at an air temperature below 0°C, it is recommended to use a soap solution with the addition of glycerin (technical glycerin - 450 g, water - 515 g, soap powder (shavings) - 35 g). The use of petrochemical oils for lubrication is prohibited. The lubricated surfaces must not be exposed to sand or other contaminants.

The pipes to be connected must be located on the same axis (a pit is organized at the junction). The smooth end and the socket of the pipes to be connected must be located opposite each other. During installation, the smooth end of the pipe is directed into the socket.

The smooth end of the PVC pipe must be inserted into the socket to the depth of the mounting mark. The pipes are connected using a special device for assembling PVC pipes with clamping clamps, or manually, while a crowbar can be used as a lever (a wooden gasket is required between the surface of the crowbar and the end of the pipe).
