It all started with the fact that I got pregnant, and like many, I immediately relaxed. Before that, I went to the gym, kept myself in shape and weighed 56 kg.
But as soon as I found out that we were expecting a baby, I immediately began to eat everything that I came across: sweet, salty, fatty, and sometimes all at once. I consoled myself with the fact that my child will not have enough vitamins, or that, well, I want to, but pregnant women should not refuse something.
By the time I was 4 months old, my stomach and I myself looked as if we were drifting, again calmed myself and said: this is the shape of the stomach and continued not to leave the refrigerator! When the weight gain exceeded 20 kg, doctors began to scare that it was very bad, that preeclampsia (a type of toxicosis) and gestosis (complications of a normal pregnancy, characterized by a disorder of a number of organs and body systems) could develop. I waved my hand at this and did not even imagine that I was only doing worse to myself and the child.
In the end, I was put on conservation due to gaining excessive mass. When I went to give birth, my weight was 88 kilograms - I gained over 30 kg. The birth was difficult, but everything worked out, the baby was born healthy, but low in weight.

On the 3rd day after giving birth, I got on the scales, and the figure scared me. I always thought that after giving birth it takes 10 kilograms, but the scales were 84 kg. I didn't understand - what's next: diet, sports, or just a loop ?! After giving birth, it was impossible to play sports for 4 months, in addition, I was breastfeeding and could not go on a diet. I tried to start with proper nutrition, but the gaze still fell on the rolls and cutlets, it would break off, it would start anew, and again it would break off, the weight would not go away and did not think!
After 4 months, I purchased a subscription, as I could not look at myself in the mirror, bought rollers and began to ride in the park with a stroller, began to go for a massage and a Sharko shower, and, finally, go to the gym. I studied without a coach, I was very shy of myself. I began to study sports literature, watch videos and study them at home. Then my husband was my motivation, because I understood how hard and not very pleasant it is for him to be with a woman three times his size. Yes, I gave birth to him a child, but this is not an excuse to run myself like that, I was scared just by the thought that he would look at thin and fit. Every day, frightening myself with this, I ran into the gym in the morning, while my family was asleep, and was already returning by the time they woke up.

What did you do in the gym the first time? What mistakes did you make?
Was engaged strength training and cardio, I wrote myself a couple of workouts for fat burning (all workouts with proper nutrition - fat burning -) and experienced it on myself.
